Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, Inventory, warehouse, transportation, and procurement.
• Manage and control material costs at the targeted level.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure product stability and service level.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• To maintain daily reports of inward and outward and continuous coordination with the desired team.
• Source new products and identify and qualify potential new suppliers to make them cost-effective.
• To plan daily routes and deliveries.
• Handling company vehicles, drivers, loaders, and vehicle maintenance.
• Continuous records and filling of Stock and inventory system-wise.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Comply with transportations laws and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria :
• 3-5 years of proven food and beverage experience.
• Strong in Cost-saving, route plans, negotiation, and sourcing.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs and MS Office.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Strong follow-ups and coordinator.
