Terms & Conditions of Delivery

i. Deliveries are contingent on stock availability.
ii. A single order can be distributed across many delivery slots.
iii. Deliveries may be made through various merchants, our authorised distributors, or directly from us/our production facility.
iv. We shall do everything possible to deliver the things on time.
v. Each product must be inspected and verified for damage, expiration dates, and other considerations by the client. Determine the amount before acquiring the things and accepting the orders.
vi You will not hold us responsible for delays due by market shortages, manufacturer import delays, general holidays, strikes, natural catastrophes, or vehicle breakdown unless otherwise agreed.
vii Epidemics occur for a variety of causes, including weather, labour unrest, insolvency, corporate exigencies, government choices, operational & technological difficulties.
