My order is late or never arrived. Now what?

Is it safe to put my credit card number for any purchase?

Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor) and we’ll never share your personal information with anyone else.

Please be aware that Cloud 9 does not send emails from a public email account, e.g., GMX, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.; request any prepayments for handling fees, e.g., advertisement campaigns, job offers, etc. or directly deliver products to a customer after the customer has made a prepayment to an “intermediate distributor / reseller” or an “escrow account”.
